Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of protectsealpavers.com (the "Site"), operated by Protect & Seal by Titan Pavers of Florida ("Protect & Seal," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using this site

The Site exists to tell you about our paver cleaning, re-sanding and sealing services and to let you request a free estimate. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you submit a request or contact us. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send anyone unsolicited messages.

Estimates are not prices

Any figure, square-foot range, cost guide or promotional offer shown on the Site is an estimate for planning purposes only. It is not a binding quote and it is not an offer we are obliged to honor. A firm price comes only after we assess your surface, and it can change with site conditions, the true square footage, the condition of the pavers, material availability and the scope you approve. Nothing on the Site creates a contract until you and we agree to a written estimate.

Booking

Submitting the estimate form starts a conversation — it does not reserve a crew, a date or a price. We will make reasonable efforts to reply promptly, but availability and response times vary. Promotional offers described on the Site, including the gift-card offer for the first booked Protect & Seal jobs and the law-enforcement discount, have eligibility requirements, are limited in number as stated on the Site, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Gift cards are fulfilled after the job is completed. Amazon is not a sponsor of that promotion; Amazon and the Amazon.com logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Photos you upload

If you attach photos to your estimate request, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them to prepare and record your estimate. We will not publish a photo you sent us in our marketing without asking you first. Please do not upload images that contain other people, other people's property, or anything you would not want us to store.

Workmanship warranty

Any warranty on work we perform — including the written stain warranty described on the Site — is set out in the written estimate and warranty document we give you for your job. Those documents, not this Site, govern what is covered, for how long, and what voids coverage. Marketing language on the Site is a summary and does not extend or replace them.

Our content

Everything on the Site — text, project photography, video, graphics, page design, and the Protect & Seal and Titan Pavers names and logos — is owned by or licensed to Titan Pavers of Florida and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used without our prior written permission.

No warranty on the site itself

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the Site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted. This section is about the website — it does not limit any warranty we give you in a signed estimate or warranty document for completed work.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Pavers of Florida is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or your reliance on information published on it. Again, this does not limit any remedy provided in a signed service agreement or warranty for work we actually performed.

Links out

The Site links to other websites, including titanpavers.net and third-party tools and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top shows the most recent revision, and continuing to use the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
